All sales are final. Dolls House does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on any items.

Please review the product description, size guide, images and your selections carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order.

By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this no-returns policy.

All orders must be placed through the Dolls House website. We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and major debit/credit cards via Stripe.

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the number of items in your order.

An order is only confirmed once full payment has been received and we have issued an order confirmation.

We ship within the United Kingdom only using a tracked delivery service.

Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days from the date of order confirmation. During busy periods this may extend slightly; we will keep you updated if any delays occur.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Dolls House is not responsible for delays caused by courier networks or events outside our control.

Every product is described, photographed and priced to the best of our knowledge. Minor variations in colour, texture or finish may occur due to lighting and photography.

All items are genuine, designer-led pieces. We quality-check each item before dispatch.

Because we process orders quickly, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you wish to cancel, contact us via WhatsApp immediately. We will only cancel an order if it has not yet been dispatched.

Dolls House is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from the use of this website or purchase of our products.

Our total liability to you for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

We only collect the personal information needed to process and deliver your order. We never sell your data.

Payment details are handled securely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
